If you cannot play it standalone, it is not a full game. Don't think Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 can really be counted as exclusive either. Even though it is packed with like double the game, it still is on 360 Heavy Rain is this year, needs to be in PS3's list. It's Sony's most important title of fall 09 as stated by Sony themselves. GTA DLC is about as big as some games, and its exclusive, it should stay.
Heavy Rain is not this year.
