Kojima isn't producing MGS:R, infact he said his team was working on the prequal to MGS4 for the PSP, and that new blood was working on MGS:R, also their is speculation that it may be more action orientated, say the likes of devil may cry, seeing as raiden seems like a very agile character plus he has a sword, we wont know for sure till the game is shown.
