Since the Xbox 360 has cross game chat, this is big. Being able to jump straight into a game with a friend is something which many Xbox 360 owners would appreciate! If they offered new releases imagine being able to get the big releases at 0 hour it'd be huge. Also they'd make tons of money because someone your friends could just spam you with messages to make you buy a game to play with them. You don't have an excuse as you wouldn't have to go to a store to get the game.
PS3 fans have taught me the lesson that getting up to change discs is hard work. At least now I know that I won't have to with the Xbox 360. So now the Xbox 360 is living up to the ideals of the great PS3 fans better than the PS3!!! OMG guyz...
