Versus XIII vs XIII

Versus XIII has been hyped up like crazy on here.  Being that it is currently a PS3 exclusive, it is supposed to be the definitive RPG for the PS3, and people are exclusive.  However, there is a ANOTHER title, that came out last generation, called XIII: http://www.vgchartz.com/games/game.php?id=6035&region=All

This was a cell shaded FPS.

So, anyone want to contast the to and state what percentage that Versus XIII will beat the prior XIII by?  I would of did a full comparison of FF XIII vs FF Versus XIII vs XIII, but felt that just went one step too far into confusion land.  Not to say my posts normally don't do this.
