I would say well written, but do you actually have article or tech spec to back your thought up? Personally, I have PS3 & Wii so I'd like to see PS Eye outperforms Natal that way I don't have to spend extra $300 for yet another gaming system. But having said this, I think I might have seen a flaw in your statement.
First of all, my understanding of depth perception in PS Eye itself is unfortunately near non-existence. The E3 demo had great depth perception and that's because either Ultrasound wave or Infra-red wave that was emitted by the Wand Controller was detected. So without the technology PS Eye it self won't have much of depth perception.
In fact, in human anatomy/biology, in order to sense depth perception you need two eyes. For this reason, I believe Natal actually has two camera (or at least it appears so).
Given this part of statement appears inaccurate, I simply start wonder if rest of your stamenet is based on the fact or your educated guess.
