It probably is still much cheaper to users/developers to print multiple DVDs over a single Blu-Ray disc ...
If I wan't to get a DVD pressed the best price I can get is around $1 per disc, if I want to get a Blu-Ray disc pressed it is around $10 per disc. Certainly, the insanely high volumes a game company can get probably cuts the cost (to them) in half or quarter, and the cost reductions would be more dramatic for blu-ray (probably cut costs in half or quarter again), but (much like multiple CDs vs. DVDs until about 2005) its still probably far cheaper to print multiple DVDs than to print a single Blu-Ray disc.
Now, this doesn't mean that it is a big cost savings to developers or consumers though ...
