Exactly how does two discs in any way indicate that DVD9 is falling behind? We know that the extra charge for two discs Microsoft makes is not high (granted, it is for 3 or more), but for now all that this means is that the game will have an install, and will still have a higher maximum and average read speed than the PS3's Blu-Ray drive.
