--OkeyDokey-- said: Also, where is everyone getting this BS about 1 million polys per car in Forza 3?
I know someone said they have ten times the amount as in Forza 2, but that would mean Forza 2 had 100k per car, which is just LOL. |
Forza 3 supposedly has 800,000 polys per unit average compared to GT5:Ps 200k poly count. That is just what Gaf says. Supposedly they picked it up from the MS booth. Do some research and tell us what you find out.

Don't you think 4 x the polgyon count would give Forza cars a clear visual advantage ? which they don't because GT cars have the advantage. It takes 1 month in man hours to make a single car in GT .... Forza cars do not have more polgyongs than GT cars and even if they did it's in vain because GT still outdoes it.

That is a completely biased opinion that only hardcore Sony fans would ever attempt to make into a statement of apparent fact. That is your opinion, and millions disagree. I understand that you are just defending a game you love, but this graphics BS from Sony fans is rediculious. The only way to tell these two games apart is the artstyle. The graphics are so close, nobody can tell the technical difference without a microscope or the equivelant thereof.
Fact is, GT5, nor FM3 are even out yet.

lol I like how you edited the end of you post "millions disagree" huh ? . Hmm you'll find that I say it as it is being both critical of MS and Sony where neccasery so calling me a "hardcore sony fan" isn't really going to damage the core of my argument.

.
However, yes, at least 1 million people thing FM3 looks better than GT5:P graphically. I would bet at least that part is true(though I have no proof and that is just my personal speculation). Most people who have seen both games would fall on that side I'd wager.

That's a bold claim for something you have no proof what so ever to back up ,that's funny considering the more absurd the statement the more proof you'd need to back it up.
