I agree with this statement though I don't think Nintendo should be dropped so low because they did have some great announcements. The Microsoft conference got on my nerves a little because they tried to use star power. I'm cool with seeing Ringo and Paul but I don't really care to see Yoko Ono on the show. And Steven Speilberg was just like "WTF?" But otherwise, I was a big fan of what Microsoft offered. Ubisoft. Someone should have terminated James Cameron so he couldn't proceed to waste a half an hour of my life talking about some movie/game that he didn't even bother bringing in any footage of. I felt bad for Pele because of the technical difficulties and everything like that. I like The Soup but yeah...he wasn't the greatest host either. |
1. I agree with you! It's just one of the things that brings the Nintendo conference down. I still think it was ok. But I enjoyed watching Sony and Microsoft more, mainly because they have more games I'm interested in.
2. That pissed me off >_< He talked about the game and movie so much that I actually looked forward to seeing a trailer or whatever, and then after listening to him blabbering for 20 minutes he walks off the stage and then it's on to the next topic, WTF??!!!!! But what they do show us is a million petz and bling glamour bitch whatever games, come on!! They didn't even show any actual gameplay from Assassin's Creed 2, yet they played the game on both Sony and Microsoft's conferences! What were they thinking? The more I think about Ubisoft's conference, I actually think it might have sucked more than Nintendo's 2008 conference...
