Maybe so, but nobody is forcing you to buy that virtual coffee table, are they? The Home service is completely free if you want it to be. Your experience in there is usually not at all affected by the costs of the extra stuff, as the extra stuff doesn't actually affect anything. OBVIOUSLY they are going to try to make money out of something. Money is what drives everything in this day and age. Stop being so ignorant because it doesn't add anything to the discussion.

Come on it's PR , it's in their job description to say the exact opposite of the truth.

 

How long would a totaly honest PR representative last in any business of any size ? .... not very long.
