Natal has voice recognition and IR 3-D in addition to the camera. It is superior by an order of magnitude.

PS Eye has voice recognition, too. I dunno what IR 3D is @_@

Infra-red. Natal can work in the dark, and it has depth perception, which isn't the case with the Eye.
