I don't think it's an issue of something being too expensive, but it having a perceived value of being better.
If NATAL enables for a fantastic fitness game, and Oprah (among others) get in on it, I'm sure it'll sell well, regardless of price. Otherwise, it will flop and the price will be irrelevant.
My point was that you can't really put a pricetag on a quality product. The Wii is excruciatingly overpriced for what you get in the machine. However, it has a high perceived value due to the unique controller, which has allowed it to sell better than the 360/PS3, despite it's abysmal shortcomings.
