Because I don't think many (actually probably not more than 2) PC exclusives got on the list

After a quick check with the game BD here. There's only 3 PC exclusives on the list :

31. Diablo 2
54. Warcraft III
86. World of Warcraft

But there's many games that were mainly PC games that got a port to a console like Starcraft, Doom, Age of Empire II, Half-Life.
