The way I see it the difference between a B+ and an A- is not sufficiently significant to call an outright winner. If you want to say there was a clear winner you neeed a decent gap in the score, a straight A vs a B, B- or at a stretch a B+ would have made MS the clear winner.

And get this difference in description between Natal and PSwand:

Natal:"...We do know one thing: if Natal works as well as Microsoft thinks it will, it could definitely become a huge competitor to the Nintendo Wii's motion-based games."

PSWand:"...but the device is an obvious attempt to cash in on Nintendo's success with their innovative Wii controllers. This one still doesn't merit the lengthy (and awkward-looking) tech demo showing the device."

One is a potential huge competitor, the other is a total knock off. Oh please, both techs are trying to muscle in on the space currently occupied by Wiimote/motion+ and both have great potential for their respective platforms. The vastly diffferent reception Gamepro gives to the two is unjustified. I enjoyed the PSwand demo because despite some of the awkwardness I saw the potential of the technology, which is an enhancement to the PS eye and an enhancement of the Wii tech.

For both Natal and PSwand the proof will be in the game support it attracts. In that respect you could probably give both techs a neutral rating for this E3 since they look impressive, but they are inaccessible to the consumer at the moment.
