WTF is wrong with my PS3?

I think I know what´s wrong:

1)You are using the Video cable not directly into the TV, you passess the video connection thru the home theater module. This is causing conversion problem.

OR

2)TRY changing output mode on PS3, NTSC x Pal_m (and cable)

OR

3)Somewhat you are using a connection on TV that has PIP or using 2 connections on TV that makes this mess.
