3DV were hoping to price 'thier' product, the depth camera, at $99. Again, only one componant of the whole. At best this completely Natal product of a depth camera, regular camera, mic, processing unit of some kind, various other hardware and software including state of the art voice recognition software will be $99 or more at launch in late 2010 at best.

Their product was a depth camerea, RGB camera, and a processing unit.  This was supposed to be manufactered by the end of 2008. As the price of components decrease over time, and a mic being a very cheap piece of hardware, below $99.00 is more then feasable.  Especially when you consider the product is most likely over a year away.
