I'm pretty sure that the onstage demonstration was real, but there are gullible people who think that the pre-recorded demo video and Milo were actual software, instead of being actors performing choreographed actions in front of a CG video. The water interaction part of the Milo demo might have been real, but the rest of the interaction was obviously scripted.

Ah, alrighty. It's quite possible to be honest, but I thought Peter showed Milo to a few selected people and they tried it themselves? Some of the comments from the presentation were positive. Only the Kotaku guy made fun of it if I recall correctly (but hey, they're a joke anyway).
