I'd argue it was close, mostly a tie and you could argue Sony actually edged MS a little on the games front. I actually it felt was interesting that MS came across all Sony this year - 360 as home entertainment hub, etc - while Sony came across more like MS - big focus on games and new IP.
I'd note EA are already stating that the Sony motion controls will likely be easier to leverage (and they don't seem to be alone in that view). Natal is sure to get more column inches, but I suspect it will trail Sony and Nintendo in adoption and speed to market (particularly as Nintendo are already in the market and with the EyeToy already out and clearly more demonstrable tech Sony seem sure to beat Natal to market). I really feel unsure Natal can become the lead concept for motion control this gen - but I guess time will tell.
I also felt that from a games point of view both Sony and Nintendo showed more exclusives and big titles than MS, Sony particularly with God of War 3, Uncharted 2 and Last Guardian looked very strong here.
MS show was great, and perhaps the slickest, but it didn't for me win the show 'easily'.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
