As both skeeuk and I stated that $20 price is to make only ONE component of the Natal. Not the entire thing. That does not include the other camera, mic, processing unit, various hardware, and software.
Plus, if you read the article that is a 'goal' pricepoint for the future when they plan to make it cheaper using different chips in the 'depth' camera.
Basically IF they meet their goals expect it to cost at least $50-75 to produce. So, definitely not selling for less than $99.
