International Karate Plus! for GBA is hands down the worst fighting game of all time. It's trademark quote (directly from the back of the box): "Progress through a series of levels and bonus rounds!" The levels being 3. The bonus "rounds" being 1. The differences between your three fighters only going as far as the color of their Gi.
