Until Forza gets the worldwide respect from all auto manufacturers, care lovers, car magazined, car TV programs, etc... and auto makers ask for their cars to be included in the game I do not think Forza will compete.
That is like saying the next Killzone will possibly outsell Halo. 
It has worldwide brand recognition, just like Halo. That is why it sells so great. As well as the tip top quality and love that goes into it.
You also realize you are saying 4M seller will sell on par or possibly better than a 10M+ seller right? Not to mention the former sold under 2M before being massively bundled with every 360 for the Holidays. Forza is still trying to build up. Gran Turismo is the current king of the mountain.
You also seem to be underestimatnig the inclusion of 2x the amount of cars, real life tracks, Nascar, etc...

well there are 30.4 million 360's out there, i can say that there is a greater purchasing power on the 360 side than there is on the ps3. this is what i mean by un expected occurance. will i take the bet? sure why not, what happens afterwards, lol hopefully nothing too serious.

Just sig/avatar control for 1 month. Just write "Bet with Euphoria14: Forza 3 will sell on par and/or outsell GT5" and put a link to the post where we agree on the bet. Of course we need to come up with a time table, like launch week sales, first month sales, etc... We will be putting this in our signatures. |
