Demon's Souls is actually Fall 2009, says so at the end of the E3 trailer.

Winter starts Dec. 22nd

It actually starts Dec.21s! Ha! (in the North Hemisphere anyway)

But generally when they list Fall, they mean September/October, and for Holiday they list November/December.
