Also, the PS3 still has Uncharted 2, R&C, MAG, NG2:Sigma, Last Rebellion and Demon's Soul this Fall/Winter. They're also pushing hard to get GT5 out for a Holiday release.

it's highly unlikely because

1. They only showed a trailer and the game is not even playable at E3 this year.

2. Since GT PSP has a target release date set at 10/01/2009, it would be more likely for them to ensure GT PSP to hit that deadline before they can put their effort back in GT5.

I would say right now Uncharted 2 and new R&C game are the big guns for PS3 holiday this year. MAG is still an unknown.

I was just basing that off these comments

Kazunori Yamauchi: "I want to release it as fast as I can, but GT5 for us, when you talk about its status, it's at a point we can release it any time we want, but we can always keep working on it. It's very important for us to make sure everything is done perfectly and everything is done in detail."
