The R&D costs will have already been borne by the company for the Go! and because it's smaller, lighter and with less power consumption it should at least be as cheap to make as the models they currently produce. Then you take into account that it's launching at $249 and they should be making money.

unless this psp flops, as its not as popular as ds' revision. add to the fact that i dont know a guy with a psp that isnt hacked.
psp's new models are like kicking a dead horse
now i could be wrong on this, but i think its not going to make much difference. apple and nintendo are taking handheld away from the pirated station portable.
