2015 with this strategy? why do people think 80 million is impossible?

oh let me guess

"4 years on the market (actually 3 years 7 months) and its barely sold 30 million (actually 30.40M) 2008 was the 360's peak year (despite 2009 tracking around 30% higher this year so far) price drops will do nothing now (a $99 360 is going to set sales soaring again) the 360 will be dead in 2011 (despite people in the industry stating otherwise)"

Something like that no?

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Sony is certainly in the best position to meet the life cycle of 10 + years, but even with the hurdles considered...the 360 could probably make that if they start shifting content to less hardcore audiences. Afteral the people who own a wii are not concerned with graphics. Personally, I think this is the begining of the end for the 360, but that's just what I think and I have no fact to confirm that.

When the Economy returns, so will console sales. None of them will reach 80 million only selling 130k a week, but with the right push of games at the right time, we might see a spike into the high 200k - low 300k wow for bit.

Well I am sure about it and that just came across as a load of sony fanboy FUD.
