Heavy Rain is coming out early 2010...not late 2009.
Also, I hardly believe that FFXIV is a ps3 exclusive...I know that it was stated to be a ps3 exclusive but I doubt it to be true.
In fact, same goes for Rock*'s Agent...maybe I'm pessimistic but I don't believe in 3rd party exclusives that are published by someone other than Sony.
