Well, I believe it's for insulting any poster's political beliefs. This was a week ago, when a couple more conservative posters on this site posted about the recent Supreme court nomination, and it was still en vogue for people to declare Sonia's statements racist. Since then of course, we've seen (most) people back away from such accusations (including Newt Gingrich).
My gripe is that you can essentially post Fox News-esque stories (typically false and meant to troll/flamebait) with relative impugnity here. I guess I'll just have to avoid certain threads when I see them going forward.

I would have to disagree with you here, Fox is the most objective NEWS source out there, yes you can go about bashing their openly conservative COMENTATORS, but then you are simply using opinion. There is no way you could get banned if you have fact to back up what you say. Why you had to bring polytics into this thread is beyond me.
