All in all, I found Project Natal to be quite refreshing. It's nowhere near the gimmicky device I originally took it for and the fact that it works already on a retail Xbox 360 (Burnout was running on an "out of the store" model, no debugs or special systems required) says a lot about its current stage of development.

To say that I'm anxious to see where Microsoft, and it's horde of third party developers, takes his next is an understatement.

IGN

This says it all. And IGN also had this to say.

Their are plenty of games some ambitious that have already been in development that we will see very soon.

Natal out in Autumn, Selnor said it here first. :)

I hope so!!!

OT: Have their been any negative reviews from people that actually played with Natal yet?

None. All the press that have had hands on time have truly come away with a grin like the joker. ;)Fanboys seem to think this is unfinished tech, maybe it makes them feel better? But M$ have this working on 360's like mine and yours. And multiple games at E3 to showcase it away from the stage. On top of that actual games and lots of them have been in development for awhile. Think about this, M$ demoed alot on stage live, and they had only 1 hiccup. ( The avatar ). This alone shows it's about ready to arrive. Normally with tech this advanced and this intricate there would be loads of problems if it was half way their. This will land very soon. And the world is responding very faveouribly. I would say a November launch, with 15 games is my guess. Some like Wii sports but actual motion control rather than preset movements. Imagine boxing game like that fighting part with the kid. Amazing thing is this can be done. Because IGN state Burnout worked EXACTLY like the driving footage shown in the clip.
