Believe me, you will not do that. In the xbox 360 you can lose the xbox live, in the ps3 is impossible.

PS3 is impossible, indeed. 360 is easy, and it's easy to not lose XBL (you just have to know what to do, I won't say what). And even with thast, he was talking as if piracy in consoles was non-existant, when that's clearly not the case
