Huh? The new PSP version costs $100 more? Why is that? or what is PSP Go exactly... new CPU and graphics?

 

It's probably cheaper to make than the older psp's: smaller screen, no umd drive, possibly smaller battery (with a smaller screen they can chop the battery without losing performance). 

Basically a huge cash-in.

So in other words..it's a new product. e.e

 

It's not a new product, it's a repackaging of an old product.
