Ah, I see that I am not alone using Halo 3 as a tool for evangelism.
A few weeks ago (9/28), we had a 5th quarter post-football game party for the students at a local school, we had Halo 3 on my big 12ft projector. The kids had alot of fun.
I'll give a full writeup as to WHY we do this tommorow, when I have time ;)
