They released a game in 2007 which is still unmatched today. They are not one of many developers, they are one of the few developers who can honestly claim to live on the bleeding edge of technology. They are known technology masters so their reputation precedes them. If they say something after working on both platforms intensively then their statements add a lot of weight to any debate. They didn't say that PS3 = 360 exactly, they acknowledged each platforms particular strengths and weaknesses. Theres no doubt that both consoles will continue to be pushed, but I don't see any reason to bring that up because it wasn't mentioned by them in this statement. |
Doesn't make any difference if no one was able to play it. If they need ridiculous hardware to push the limits they talk about, they'd best stick to PC. Seriously, how great was crysis outside the graphics realm? Not looking forward to it's sequel

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler
