Wii:
- New Zelda with motionplus support
- Super Mario Galaxy 2
- Metroid: Other M
PC:
- Starcraft 2 no matter when it is released.
Xbox 360:
- Natal if there is some awesome killer app for it.
I'm interested in a lot of other games, but those are the ones I'm most interested in.
