The trailer is a mix between in-game replay footage and CGI. The Subaru damaged model should be one of the CGI part. And the intro with jets should be CGI also.
They also showed the Top Gear test track in dusk, which they promised night racing.
Now, weather effect, night racing, WRC, NASCAR, and damage modeling. That's a lot to expect for the new GT5.
