That is a specific topic brought up by I think the Church of England.

These are American churches trying to install good morals into kids with video games.

Sure the churches have messed up in the past, a lot, but look at this issue here. The pastors are trying to get kids to play video games so that they can learn about important things, while bonding and learning teamwork.

The fact that you guys are bashing this merely because churches are doing it is a little appalling. I guarentee that if this was a school event, Nightstalker and Montnana hatchet, you wouldnt think twice.

Your statements are kinda foolish and kinda ignorant, reminds me of 5th graders

Calm down, we're all just joking around. Not everything about religion has to have its responders pestered for every word, does it?

A little part inside of me thinks that it's a good thing, a big part inside of me thinks that it's quite pathetic. Back in my day (and yes, I'm going to sound like an old man) we didn't have Halo 3. We had boring church, then I'd go to Sunday school while my parents went and ate lunch, usually consisting of subs and Huckleberry Pie. After my class was done, I was lucky to get a sugar cookie.

Can you not take a joke or are you just a religious fanatic?

And anybody who defends a good idea is immediatley a religious fanatic.

I feel really bad that you were stuck in sunday school eating sugar cookies, ya know wats funny though, that isn't what this topic is about, the fact is is that you hold a grudge against the methodist church because you were stuck in sunday school, and now they come up with a good idea and you patronize them for it? A good idea is a good idea. I would appreciate it if you didn't assume things, and make bold brash statments without actually taking the time to give it reasonable thought. Make it funny by all means, but stay on target plz.......

I don't hold a grudge against the church, hrmm? I still go to church every Sunday. Besides, they didn't specify the denomination. All I was saying is that I had to suffer (by my definition) and now there are kids so unappreciative of religion that they actually have to lure them into it with videogames?

It's a good idea, sure, and I'm not exactly opposed to it, but I just hate that these kids needs Halo 3 to get into Jesus. Well, how about doing it because it's in your blood? How about doing it because it's respectful to your family, and because it's what's right?

That's all I'm saying. Getting into religion through videogames depresses me. Religion is religion, I guess. But you should find religion on your own, because only then will you truly respect it.

As for the sugar cookies, they were always stale. And I only got them after Sunday School.
