Alright if you get hurt playing Wii Sports then that shows a lack of a few things:
1. It's obvious you don't exercise enough
2. You aren't taking proper measures before doing activity. Playing Wii Sports is a physical activity just like any other physical activity. meaning it's advised that you stretch before you play.
3. And jsut like any other physical activity you'll wear out or get sore meaning ya need to take a break.
