Is Slim PS3's nonexistance now confirmed?

They did do it to the PSP, though, which is making $$$ for them. Why wouldn't they do it to the PS3 which is actually losing $$$ for Sony.

PSP3000 is still going to be on the market, along with PSPGo. If a slim PS3 was introduced, I don't see them keeping the PS3phat on shelves.

They are keeping the 3000 model 'cause PSPGo is priced at $250. If the slim is released for $450 then the phat ones would be a good alternative.

Releasing a slim version is going to cut costs for them, so why would they increase the price?
