Yes its partly our DNA (which is what causes attractions to certain people based on certain physical features) but its largely society that causes people to be attracted to large breasts.
In the end I think this whole discussion is based on the fact that Do they matter, NO.
That is your opinion, not a fact. Most of the people in this thread have said they are attracted to certain sizes of breasts which would seem to suggest that to a fairly large portion of society they do in fact matter.
