The killer app for Natal is in education not games at this point IMO. Microsofts biggest strides with Surface have been with kids interacting and if you look at the nature of the Milo interactions its more an educational product. See how it reads documents into the program? See how the kid had homework to do, and it wanted you to help it. You can't make people pay $150-$200 for an interface, but you can get them to pay that much for an education. It has a massive potential, education dwarfs gaming in terms of money spent by quite a significant degree.
