Dude, you could probably trade it in at gamestop and get that out of it. I would just sell it on ebay, part it out and sell it all seperately. I am certain you could get more than that out of it.
As for the 360, I have really enjoyed mine. I wouldn't sell the PS3 unless your in need of some extra money. I basically never used mine at all other than for Blu-Ray and I sort of miss it now that its gone (miss the blu). I wouldn't have sold it if I hadn't needed the money to help finish my trim work.
