I see the situation as being pretty similar.  I mean look at the N-Gage, it got support from EA, Ubisoft, Sega, Activision, etc.  Does anyone really think that third-parties would be willing to make games for the N-Gage but be adverse to making them for this?  Especially now that it's in the media and they know that it's what Microsoft is going to rely on to capture some of the casual market.

Reasonable hypothesis, but: they have to learn the new tool and figure out decent enough games that use it, if they don't want a flop, how long will it take to do this? Will they be ready for XB360 or for XB720?
