^^ thats ok, I sometimes have self esteem problems too (but I have better reasons for them than you :P), any guy who would complain about your looks eather has a bad taste or is just a jerk, looks only are impressive for so long anyway, when you get to know someone well then charakter, humor intelligence become way more important.
P.S. Your nose isn´t big and personally like short hair on women (I have long hair already so that place is taken :P)
