Sony to announce Mass Effect 2 for PS3

As awesome as that would be...it is very unlikely that it will happen. But you never know. If before E3 2008 you told someone that Final Fantasy 13 would be on 360 they would have scoffed and laughed at you. These days though....a lot more things are possible.
