I think that for the most part, peripherals will became a big part of this device. Like, for racing games you can get a plastic whell, or even just a stick. For tennis games, a racket, golf, a fake club, you get the idea.
You all thinking that it will "only be your body" need to think a little harder. Its possible, yes, but you can also use periphs.

This is exactly the problem I have with the device. If it really was a better way to interact, it wouldn't need peripherals for every genre. The price and space that would eat up is absurd. Speaking of space, that's my other big issue with the technology. Those of us who don't have an incredibly large living room (as conveniently shown in their promotional video) are going to have to pass on flailing our legs about.
I honestly believe this technology - especially the impressive voice recognition - is best used in conjunction with a more traditional handheld controller. At its current state it seems innovative for casual games and intriguing tech demos, but little else.

It could work in tandum with a controller... Imagine actually chainsawing someone...err... on Gears 3
