You got to be kidding me! Did PS1 have superior technology more so than N64? No it did not. PS1 was 32 bit and N64 64 bit. Either way that wasn´t the reason. The reason was that PS1 did get a much bigger userbase and bigger money was to be made on Sony´s platform than on Nintendo´s.
"Wait... wasn´t the first metal gear on a Nintendo console??"
Exactly. Which is something Sonyfans never seems to remember in cases like this. Sony weren´t the start of it all when it comes to videogaming, there was a time before it.
