I'd say FF7:Remake would win Sony the year (if released in 09).
The impact of that in Japan and NA would be massive.
I'm not sure KH3 alone will win E3 for Sony. Many fanboys will claim victory, but in the grand scheme of things, KH is S-E third biggest franchise by a HUGE margin.
Me personally, I would be entirely okay with not getting a chance to play alan wake and splinter cell (both look amazing) if Sony got KH3 on the PS3.
