Huh? The game is exclusive to begin with. I don't think they need to "make a deal" for exclusive DLC, seeing as how they own the franchise.

a lot of big games have been getting special editions with a few extras at a slightly higher price. ODST will have really good sales and i'm sure there are more than a few people that would gladly pay extra from a bit more out of this game.
