a streaming world would be pretty hard to do in 2(maybe 3?).
drive a car then "BOOM" insert disc number 2. then another mission needs you to go back, then "BOOM" pls insert disc 1. would also be irritating to keep standing up from where youre sitting. gamers now are pretty lazy, you can even turn on/off consoles without standing up. |
yea, changing disks takes away from the game. its fine if its once or twice or even three times in 40 or 50 hours, but not 30 times in that.
the other is that pc holds three advantages over 360. it has a hard drive (which is all three). it can massiviely chache data like the ps3. it can hold large files so they dont have to uncompress them every time (to a smaller extent on ps3). last it can actually hold data from a second disk on the hard drive, which means a two disk game only uses one disk during play.
