Yeah , thats it lets just ruin the game for no good reason. The game is larger because it (most likely) will have advanced lighting and graphics and uncompressed audio, all of which the 360 cant handle.
But designing it for a weaker system and porting it is a good idea.
I think they would rather have a quality product.
