It's a new Castlevania game. It was actually revealed a year ago as 'Lord of Shadows', but has since become 'Castlevania: Lord of Shadows'.
Kojima's name is being attached to the project, although he apparently didn't have that much affect on it. It's being made by a different developer, with Kojima as a sort of pseudo-Producer, I believe.
